If you gaze into an eclipse long enough, you will go blind. When most of your vision involves the barren landscape of television, radio, magazines, books, and hollow conversation, and only rare glimpses of Bible and prayer, whether you like it or not, it will leave an indelible imprint on the vulnerable retina of your mind. You’re thinking and outlook will become blurred. Melting into the neon panorama of this world, the inner voice called conscience will slowly be reprogrammed to harmonize with the world's color of truth and morality. You won't even know it's happening. You may pride yourself on objectivity. No one can fool me. But he that thinks he stands, take heed, lest he fall. It is impossible to be unaffected by a continual repetitive message soaking into the subconscious. God will not protect you because God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows (Gal 6:7). He can only stand by and watch while Satan spoon–feeds His children with conscience–numbing poison that drowns out the voice of the Holy Spirit, while establishing inroads of powerful legal ground in your thinking, emotions and conscience.
