- soup spoon (holds food better while driving)

Grocery List
Remember, US and Canada Customs will not allow food across the border, so you will have to shop after you cross. I have found that larger city supermarkets have a much better selection, compared with small town grocers.

- soy or almond milk
- healthy cereal
- whole grain bread
- natural peanut butter
- honey
- raw nuts and seeds
- raisins
- Clif bars (a quick filler and healthy)
- cottage cheese
- fruit
- yogurt cups (make sure it has acidophilus and probiotics)
- veggies for dipping and salads
- premade salad (better grocery stores will have this)
- bean salad
- cheese
- premade bruschetta
- whole grain crackers
- healthy salad dressing
- low-fat mayo
