Returns will be gladly accepted under the following conditions:  returns must be unused, in original condition with all original boxes, accessories, and packaging, looking factory fresh. Freedomyou only sells brand new, factory fresh Juicers.  Unlike other companies, we do not deal in used merchandise.  If Freedomyou cannot resale as new then we obviously are unable to refund as this would be a complete loss of money to us.  Returns will need an authorization number which will be issued when you e-mail us at info@freedomyou.com.  Any authorized returns must be made within 14 days upon receipt and shipped prepaid at the address we will provide for you.  Upon receiving the juice machine, and providing it is in resalable condition, you will be refunded minus a 20% shipping and handling cost and minus 30 dollars for eBooks.
